ASK-O allows user-generated marketplace content including product listings, names, messages, and profile details. To keep users safe, the following rules apply to all buyers, suppliers, and delivery partners.

Reporting

Users can report abusive content, fraud, impersonation, prohibited products, and harassment through in-app support and moderation channels.

Moderation and Enforcement

ASK-O reviews reports, may remove violating content, and may restrict or suspend accounts that violate platform rules or applicable law.

Blocking and Safety Controls

Users can block abusive users and stop further direct contact. Repeated abusive behavior can result in permanent account restriction.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

Illegal goods, counterfeit products, fraud, hate speech, sexual exploitation, violent threats, and repeated spam are prohibited.

Users may not: Place fraudulent or false orders; Sell illegal, restricted, or counterfeit goods; Abuse sellers, buyers, or delivery partners; Manipulate prices, ratings, or reviews; Misuse payment or location systems. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
